Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form which should be received within 7 days of verbal confirmation. Approximate numbers and final arrangements to be confirmed not less than 7 days in advance of the event with final numbers confirmed no less than 2 days in advance. The final amount payable is calculated on the number confirmed attending and is invoiced after your event. Payment must be received within 28 days of receipt of invoice. Leftbank Centre may request a deposit before an event and this must be paid within 7 days. Any cancellations within a week of the event are subject to a cancellation charge of 60% of the anticipated bill, from 1-3 weeks in advance of the event this is reduced to 40% of the anticipated bill.
